Did two nights here Smooth check In Freindly reception Stayed in the disabled access room, plenty of space to move around with the walker and large wet room/bathroom. Nice comfy bed also. Short walk to the promenade, pier Tower and town centre Ideal location. There is disabled street parking around the hotel and a multi story carpark a short walk away, Highly recommend the Premier Inn
Great location right by the Promenade and the North Pier. Third stay for the Air Show. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean and had all the usual facilities for the standard PI room. Lovely view of the Tower. The shower is over the bath and the bath has high sides making access quite hard. The bed was super comfortable as usual but the pillows were just SO uncomfortable. These definitely need upgrading to match the mattress quality. Enjoyable stay.
Very modern clean hotel. Friendly staff and delicious fresh buffet style breakfast. My family had a beautiful stay. The hotel is also in close walking distance to all the activities, piers and shoreline. So multiple trips to a relaxing sandy beach isn’t a bad idea.
Great location, overlooking the North Pier across the road, train start top of road and tram stops out front. Cookhouse and pub on ground floor and door was better than I’ve had in some C&P’s, service was excellent with friendly staff serving (girl with pigtails and girl with flowers in her hair brightened things up) counter staff at reception all welcomed you when you came and went and check in was fast and easy. 4th floor room with a view of the tower with all its lights at night. No noise and no issues for the 3 days we stayed. Back in Blackpool next month but booked in a T Preston because I can’t get a room here, now I know why. Will be back.
Good size family room in a nice hotel. Staff pleasant enough. Good view from room. Took a star off as heating not working snd an electric heater in the room instead.
Room wasn't pretty clean but the bathroom could have used some more cleaning (dirty shower head, dirty soap/shampoo dispenser) Great view of the tower from the 5th floor, and street noise wasn't too noticeable. Good location for the town, and the train station and car parks are only a 5/10 mins walk away. Out of three lifts, only one was working for our 4 days there, it led to alot of waiting around at certain times. Would stay here again, but would avoid the restaurant (it was terrible!)
Possibly the best premier inn i have ever stayed at. Location is great but what makes this premier inn the best is the people that work there. Very welcoming and happy which rubs off to the visitors. From cleaning staff to restaurant and reception everyone played their part at ensuring you feel welcome. A lot to like about this hotel. The staff are great, the view of the tower was nice, location was perfect, nice fresh smell in the corridors, bed was comfy, the plus rooms boasts a refrigerator with complimentary water, coffee pod machine, complimentary chocolates, an iron, lovely smelling soaps great shower, very comfy chair with foot stool, great restaurant run by attentive staff serving a nice cooked buffet breakfast including fresh poached eggs and vegetarian sausages cooked to order. If I had to make one criticism it would be that was the room was a tidgy bit dusty. I would (and probably will) return. My top tip would be to look out for their free breakfast promotion offer they have occasionally, I think I booked around black Friday. I paid around £60 for two of us on a Sunday in a Premier Inn PLUS room with two buffet breakfasts included so I'd say that is very good value.
